In-office service & repairs

Keep your current equipment working.

If a repair is the sensible investment, that is what we recommend. If replacement makes more sense, you get a clear explanation before any money is spent.

Why response matters

A broken unit is never just a broken unit.

Equipment trouble can close an operatory, disrupt the schedule and cost the practice valuable time. Our goal is simple: get the office running again with the repair that makes the most sense.

Why offices leave their service company

Unreasonable pricing

Dental equipment service is expensive enough without inflated labor, unnecessary replacements or unclear invoices. Our pricing stays fair, our recommendations stay practical and the work is explained before it moves forward.

Replace vs. repair technicians

A newer tech who cannot diagnose it defaults to telling you the whole unit needs replacing. Thirty years on this equipment usually means knowing which part actually failed.

Scheduling delays

Same day when we can, next day when we cannot. If we are already on an emergency call we will tell you straight, not leave you guessing.

Repair or replace

Practical repair recommendations.

New equipment is not automatically the answer. Age matters, but so do condition, parts availability, repair history, expected life and the cost of another interruption. All of it gets considered before a recommendation is made.

Repair makes sense when
  • The parts are available and the fix is dependable.
  • The cost is reasonable for the age and condition.
  • The equipment should still have useful life left.
Replacement may make sense when
  • The same failure keeps returning.
  • Critical parts are no longer supported or available.
  • Another repair would only postpone the same downtime.

How service works

Start with the details.

A simple process that keeps your team informed and the repair moving.

Tell us what is happening

Share the equipment, symptoms and how the issue is affecting the schedule. Photos and model information help when available.

We assess the equipment

The condition, likely cause, parts and repair options are checked before a larger decision is put in front of you.

You get the practical option

Repair when it is logical. Replace only when the numbers, reliability and downtime risk point that way.

Everything gets tested

The job is finished with the equipment operating properly and your team knowing where things stand.

Service built around your office

Less chasing. Less guessing. Less downtime.

Most service happens at the practice. Common wear items travel with us, giving many routine repairs a chance to be completed on the first visit. If a part needs to be ordered or equipment requires manufacturer support, you hear that up front.

  • Equipment does not have to come from usWe service equipment whether we sold and installed it or not.
  • One team to contactRepairs, equipment, installation and ongoing maintenance stay connected.
  • Your schedule stays part of the decisionDowntime risk matters alongside parts and repair cost.

Common questions

Before you book service.

Do you repair equipment you did not sell?

Yes. The first questions are what the equipment needs and whether we can service it properly, not where it was purchased.

Will you try to repair it before recommending replacement?

When repair is safe, dependable and financially logical, yes. If the repair cost, parts situation or failure history makes replacement the better investment, we explain why.

What if the needed part is no longer available?

We will confirm the parts situation, explain any reasonable alternatives and tell you when continued repair no longer makes sense.

Can you help prevent future downtime?

Yes. The Priority Dental Maintenance Membership includes scheduled preventive visits, priority scheduling and 10% off maintenance labor.

What areas do you serve?

We work across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, the Coachella Valley and the Temecula Valley. If your office sits outside those areas, it is still worth asking.

Need service?

Tell us what is down. We will take it from there.

The equipment make and model, what it is doing and your office location are helpful if you have them.
