Downtime rarely starts with a breakdown.

It usually starts with a new sound, a small leak or a slower cycle. Scheduled maintenance gives those warnings somewhere to be found.

Maintenance Membership

Membership benefits

Routine visits, priority scheduling and better maintenance pricing, all built around keeping your practice moving.

Two scheduled maintenance visits

Twice a year, we inspect the equipment your practice depends on and use the included time on what needs attention most.

Small issues caught early

Wear, leaks, unusual noises and failing components are easier to address before they interrupt the schedule.

Priority when something breaks

Membership offices move to the front of the service schedule when equipment trouble cannot wait.

Better maintenance pricing

Members receive 10% off eligible maintenance labor throughout the year.

First call on available loaners

Members receive priority access to available sterilizer, vacuum and compressor loaners.

A team that knows the equipment

Regular visits help us learn your office, making future maintenance and service more straightforward.

What a visit covers

Performed by technicians who already know your equipment, because we sell, install and service it.

Compressor & vacuum

Inspection of the compressor and vacuum systems, including oil levels, filters and amalgam separator condition. Any replacement parts are quoted separately.

Sterilizer & water filtration

Cycle checks, seals and gaskets, plus water line and filtration testing so nothing drifts out of spec quietly.

The rest of the time is yours

Ultrasonics, handpieces, chairs, delivery units, imaging, nitrous. Have a list ready and hand it to the tech.

On the van

We carry the parts that fail most often.

A tech who has to order the part is a tech who comes back next week. Our vans stock the wear items behind most breakdowns, so the common failures get fixed on the first visit.

Questions we get asked

Why pay monthly? I’ll just call you when something breaks.

Most equipment gives some warning before it quits. A scheduled visit is where that gets caught, usually while the repair is still a part rather than the whole unit, and before it turns into a day you cannot see patients. None of this prevents every breakdown. It just makes them less frequent, and cheaper when they do happen.

What if we already have a service company?

Most offices do. The membership is not an exclusivity agreement. It is two scheduled visits a year and a better rate when you call us. Plenty of practices run both while they decide.

What happens if something breaks between visits?

Call us exactly like you would today. You get answered ahead of non-members and billed at your member rate. You never have to wait for a scheduled visit to use us.

We have more than one location. How does that work?

Each location is its own membership and its own invoice, because each one has different equipment and needs its own visits. Tell us on the call how many sites you run and we will work it out.

Can we cancel?

Any time, with 30 days' notice. There is no annual contract and no cancellation fee.

Do you service equipment you did not sell us?

Yes. Most of what we maintain was installed by someone else, often years ago.

Ten minutes, and you will know.

We go through the equipment you have on site so the visits are built around what you actually run, and we answer whatever you want to ask.
