We want returns handled clearly and without unnecessary back-and-forth. Before sending anything back, email sales@prioritydentalservice.com with the subject line PDE Return. Include your order number, the manufacturer part number, the reason for the return and photos when relevant.

Return eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in resalable condition with the original packaging, labels, manuals and included components.
• Used or installed products, and opened sterile or hygiene-sensitive items, cannot be returned.
• Special-order, custom-configured, clearance, final-sale and manufacturer-designated nonreturnable items are not eligible unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Approval, fees and shipping

• Do not ship a return until Priority Dental Equipment provides return authorization and instructions.
• Approved returns may be subject to a 15–20% restocking fee depending on manufacturer requirements and the condition of the returned item. We will disclose the applicable fee before authorizing the return.
• Original shipping charges and return shipping are not refundable unless Priority Dental Equipment or the manufacturer shipped the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective.
• When Priority Dental Equipment provides a return label, the label cost may be deducted from the refund when the return is not due to our error, damage or a covered defect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email us as soon as possible with the order number, packing slip and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until we confirm the next step.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are sent to the original payment method, less any disclosed restocking or return-shipping charges. Bank processing times may vary.
