The usual reason a 1:1 contra-angle goes out for service is vibration slowly destroying the chuck. Bien-Air went after that directly. The patented Accu-chuck advanced system reduces vibration at the source, which extends the lifespan of the instrument and makes it more comfortable to hold at the same time.

The body is stainless steel, so it survives being dropped. If your 1:1s keep cycling through repair, this is the one to look at.
