Nothing running down the outside of the drill

Every other contra-angle irrigates from a tube clipped to the outside of the instrument. That tube sits directly in your line of sight to the osteotomy. Bien-Air's 20:1 is a world first because the irrigation line is built inside it.

The saline travels down the threads of the osteotomy drill itself, cooling the bone site continuously and accurately, and your view of the site is never blocked. For implant placement that is a real working difference, not a marketing one.

Torque where you need it

Internal gearing allows up to 70 Ncm paired with the PROIMPLANT, or 80 Ncm with the OMS, and it reduces speed all the way down to 5 RPM for final seating.
